Service Description
A $250 Bookkeeping Assessment provides a detailed assessment of your QuickBooks Online records, bookkeeping workload, reconciliation requirements, and financial reporting needs. **Before Your Appointment** Dlux Solutions will review your accounting records to identify bookkeeping concerns, evaluate the support your business requires, and prepare a personalized Wix Quote outlining recommended services and pricing. To begin the assessment: - Complete your Paid Review booking and payment. - Invite Dlux Solutions to your QuickBooks Online company using Firm ID **1231 4584 4197 949**. - Ensure accountant access is established before the assessment begins. Your Wix Quote will be prepared and sent before your scheduled meeting. **Your 90-Minute Paid Review Appointment** During this meeting, we'll discuss: - Findings from your bookkeeping assessment. - Recommended improvements and outstanding concerns. - Proposed monthly bookkeeping services and responsibilities. - Your Wix Quote, including service scope and pricing. - Questions, expectations, and next steps. **After Your Appointment** If you choose to proceed, the next steps include reviewing and signing your Service Agreement, establishing recurring payment, and completing Client OnBoarding. The Paid Review does not obligate you to purchase ongoing bookkeeping services.
Cancellation Policy
PAID REVIEW | BOOKKEEPING ASSESSMENT BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY **PURCHASE & SCOPE** The $250 one-time Paid Review includes an assessment of available bookkeeping records, a personalized Wix Quote outlining recommended services and pricing, and one 90-minute appointment to discuss findings and next steps. Bookkeeping corrections, transaction processing, completed reconciliations, tax preparation, and ongoing monthly bookkeeping are not included. The plan is valid for three months from purchase and does not renew automatically. **ASSESSMENT & APPOINTMENT TIMELINE** Please schedule your Paid Review appointment at least two weeks in advance. Three weeks or more is recommended. The bookkeeping assessment generally takes 2–3 weeks or more after the necessary accounting records are available. Please provide requested information promptly to allow sufficient preparation time. A personalized Wix Quote outlining recommended monthly services and pricing will be sent before the scheduled appointment. If additional preparation time is needed, Dlux Solutions will contact you directly to coordinate a revised appointment date. Scheduling adjustments initiated by Dlux Solutions will be handled manually. **CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Appointment changes are subject to calendar availability and the Paid Review plan's validity period. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment does not automatically cancel the Paid Review purchase or generate a refund. Refund requests are subject to the accepted plan terms and applicable law. **MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING SERVICES** Monthly bookkeeping services are optional and require a separately approved scope, signed Service Agreement, and authorized payment arrangement. You have 90 days to accept or decline the proposed monthly bookkeeping services.
